Cancellations by Student: Requests to cancel classes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before class are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session within 30 days. No-shows are non-refundable.
Cancellations by Phantom Weave: We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Students will receive prompt notification and a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
Participation in shodō classes is generally suitable for all ages and fitness levels. However, you acknowledge that:
